1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the eelj online gaming platform, including all games, services, payment functionalities, promotional offers, and support services offered through eelj.net and any related eelj applications or interfaces.

By completing the eelj registration process, clicking "I Agree," logging into your eelj account, or otherwise using any part of the eelj platform, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the eelj Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are using the eelj platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of their location within the Philippines, including but not limited to those accessing eelj from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and other regions across the Philippine archipelago.

2. Eligibility

The eelj platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the eelj platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects applicable Philippine gaming regulations. eelj reserves the right to request a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., UMID, Ph ilippine Passport, SSS ID, Driver's License) at any stage to verify your age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the eelj platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to register or play.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered eelj account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, issued through eelj or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of eelj services, you are required to create a registered account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and contact number.

You agree and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change;
• You will not impersonate any other person or use false identity information;
• You will keep your eelj account login credentials strictly confidential and will not share them with any third party;
• You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your eelj account, whether authorized by you or not, except in cases of proven unauthorized access that you have reported to eelj promptly.

eelj reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks ("Know Your Customer" or KYC procedures) at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or where eelj has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by eelj will result in your account being suspended until verification is completed.

eelj operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Only one eelj account may be registered per individual, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Where multiple accounts are identified, eelj reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

eelj accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All account balances are maintained and displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. eelj reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• eelj does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which eelj bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your eelj account immediately or within the processing time indicated at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and verified through the KYC process.
• eelj reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals are subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to active wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of bonus-related funds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are subject to standard Philippine banking timelines.
• eelj reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

eelj may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible players only. eelj reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other player or account.
• eelj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any rights already accrued by a player at the time of withdrawal of the offer will be honoured.
• Where eelj has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play with other players — eelj reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to suspend or close the player's account.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to eelj support and will be corrected. eelj is not obligated to honour bonuses credited as a result of a technical error or system malfunction.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the eelj platform operate under individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that game.

eelj is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All games are sourced from certified providers whose random number generator (RNG) systems have been independently tested and verified. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are consistent with the published specifications.

• Bets placed and accepted by the eelj system are final. eelj reserves the right to void bets where a manifest error has occurred, including typographical errors in odds, payouts, or game parameters.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the outcome will be determined based on the server record. eelj's server records shall be the definitive authority in all disputes relating to game outcomes.
• Players may not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage in any eelj game. Such conduct will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion between players in any game is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the eelj platform:

• Registering more than one eelj account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the eelj platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the eelj platform, its software, or its underlying systems;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts in connection with any game or transaction on eelj;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown technical error are void and must be returned to eelj;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game mechanics or bonus terms;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or eelj staff in any communication channel;
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your eelj account;
• Using the eelj platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.

eelj reserves the right to investigate any account activity suspected of breaching this section and to take such action as it deems appropriate, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

eelj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• At the player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes;
• Where continued operation of the account would expose eelj to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• Where a player is found to be under the age of 21.

Where an account is closed by eelj for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, eelj reserves the right to forfeit all balances pending investigation and resolution of the relevant issue.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the eelj support team. Voluntary closure requests for responsible gaming purposes will be actioned promptly and without penalty.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the eelj platform — including but not limited to the eelj name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of eelj or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the eelj platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any eelj content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any eelj content;
• Use any eelj trademark, logo, or branding without prior written authorization from eelj;
• Frame or mirror any part of the eelj platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of eelj's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eelj shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the eelj platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits;
• Loss or corruption of data;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any inaccuracy or error in game outcomes resulting from circumstances beyond eelj's reasonable control.

The eelj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While eelj makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game performance, eelj does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit eelj's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

eelj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with eelj, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the eelj Privacy Policy.

eelj complies with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. eelj may share your data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification service providers where required to fulfil its legal and operational obligations.

12. Responsible Gaming

eelj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. eelj provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from the account dashboard, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

By using the eelj platform, you acknowledge that:

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and eelj, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting the eelj support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction under Philippine law.

eelj's server records and transaction logs shall be the primary evidence in resolving any dispute related to game outcomes, transaction histories, or account activity, unless there is clear evidence of a manifest error on eelj's part.
